        Ingredients:

1 cup  any pasta , water for boiling ,1 tsp spoon salt  ,1 tsp oil , 1 cup milk , red chili flex ,garlic, chopped onion, ½ cup sweet corn

,½ cup sweet corn ,½ cup broccoli or carrot, green chili

         Step-by-Step Process:

         1. Boil the Pasta:

  • In a large pot, add water, salt, and oil.

  • Once it starts boiling, add pasta.

  • Cook it for 8–10 minutes or until soft (but not mushy).

  • Drain the water and keep the pasta aside. Optionally, drizzle a little oil to prevent sticking.

    2. Cook the Vegetables (Optional):

    • In a pan, add a little oil or butter.

    • Add chopped vegetables like capsicum, corn, or broccoli.

    • keep for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but crunchy.

    • in pan add oil or butter 
    • add chopped garlic and chopped onion
    • after onion fry add remaining veggitables
    • add 1 cup milk 
    • add 2 tsp wheat floor and mis it for 1 minute 
    • mix in it boil pasta give flame for 2-3 minutes 

          4. Serve:

           Turn off the heat and serve hot.

                Garnish with more cheese or herbs if desired.
